We Pray With You (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a service operated by Ferre Consulting & Digital LLC (30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using our service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect. When you call our prayer line, we receive the phone number you are calling from. During the call, you may share your first name and the first name of a person you would like us to pray for; you are never required to share full names or other identifying details. If you contact us through our website, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. Standard non-identifying technical information (such as call duration) may be recorded to operate the service. We do not record the audio of your calls.

How we use your information. We use your information only to provide the prayer service and connect your call; to send you one optional follow-up SMS after your call, with a link to leave a voluntary tip; to respond to messages you send us; and to operate, maintain, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

SMS messages. By calling and remaining on the call, you consent to receive one follow-up SMS. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. We keep a record of consent and opt-out requests.

How we share information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the service, and only as needed: Twilio (telephony and SMS) and Stripe (payment processing, only if you choose to leave a tip). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

Data retention. We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Consent records for SMS are retained as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your rights below).

Security. We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@wepraywithyou.org. Residents of certain regions (for example, the European Union under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA) may have additional rights; contact us and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Children. Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used our service, please contact us.

Changes to this policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
