1. Who we are Pray With Me is a free prayer service operated by [Nome SRL], an Italian limited liability company. Our phone number is (814) 294-1499.

2. What information we collect When you call us, we collect your phone number automatically through our phone system. We do not collect your name unless you choose to share it during the call. We do not record calls.

3. How we use your information We use your phone number solely to send you a single follow-up SMS message at the end of your call. This message contains a link to our voluntary tip page. We do not use your number for marketing or share it with third parties.

4. SMS messaging By calling our number and remaining on the call, you consent to receive one SMS message from us after the call ends. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

5. Payments If you choose to leave a tip, payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

6. Data retention We retain your phone number for no longer than 30 days after your call, unless required by law.

7. Your rights You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at wepraywithyou2026@gmail.com.

1. The service Pray With Me is a free telephone service where an AI companion prays with callers and personalizes the prayer upon request. The service is operated by [Nome SRL], Italy.

2. Free to use Calling Pray With Me is always free. Standard carrier rates for phone calls may apply depending on your phone plan.

3. Voluntary tips At the end of each call, callers may receive an SMS with a link to leave a voluntary tip. Tips are not required to use the service. Tips are processed as payments to [Nome SRL] and are not tax-deductible charitable donations.

4. SMS messages By calling and remaining on the call, you consent to receive one follow-up SMS. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency: one message per call. Message and data rates may apply.

5. No religious counseling Pray With Me is a companion service, not a licensed religious, psychological, or crisis counseling service. If you are in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

6. AI disclosure The voice you hear during your call is an AI system. It is not a human pastor, priest, or counselor.

7. Availability We strive to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Changes We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law These terms are governed by Italian law.
